DayRise Solar Enerdy Pvt Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://dayrisesolar.com website and the DayRise Solar Enerdy Pvt Ltd mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Service Specific Terms and Conditions

1.        Taxes (GST)
  • 5% GST Included / Excluded as per the quotation.
2.        Freight
  • Excluded As per Actual as per the quotation.
3.        Payment Terms ·         90% Advance by Cheque, DD, NEFT, RTGS

·         10% by PDC of 10 Days from date of System Commissioning

4.        Warranty ·         25 Years performance warranty on Solar PV Module by Manufacturer.
·         90% of specified minimum output Power 10 years.
·         80% of specified minimum output Power 25 years.
·         5 years for Grid Tied Solar String Inverter by Manufacturer.
·         10 years for Mounting Structure.
5.        Validity of offer / Quotations
  •  15 days from the date of offer.
6.        Delivery/Project Completion ·         Procurement and delivery shall commence only after realization of payment in company account.

·         Within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of (i) Receipt of technically and commercially clear order (ii) Date of Receipt of Site Clearance whichever is later. This is subject to timely supply of individual components from the manufacturers.

The Completion time shall be reasonably extended if:-

·         Advance payment is not received within 5 days after issue of Purchase Order.

·         If Approval of design & drawings is delayed by Customer beyond 7 days from date of submission by Dayrise Solar Enerdy Private Limited.

·         If there is delay on customers end in handing over Project site.

·         If there is delay on customers end in securing requisite clearances for work to commence on Project site.

7.        Commissioning & Testing ·         Once the system is ready for inter-connection (after Dayrise Solar Enerdy Private Limited has conducted requisite tests successfully) whether in presence of Owner or not, the solar power plant shall be considered as commissioned and tested. Confirmation of such commissioning & testing should be confirmed by the Owner either in writing or by telecommunication within 1 week and shall not be unreasonably withheld thereafter. The system shall be construed as “Deemed Commissioned” and final payment if any shall be made by Owner subsequent to such deemed commissioning.

·         1kWp of Ongrid Solar Power Plant generates 4-5 Units of electricity per day depending upon the availability of sunlight.
